What does MEC's "Lowest Price Guarantee" entail?
Lowest Price Guarantee! If you can find any lower published catalog price on any medical equipment you purchase from us we then will refund 110% of the difference! MEC’s Lowest Price Guarantee is limited to medical equipment only and is valid only within 30 days from purchase. This guarantee excludes advertised specials and closeout deals by competitors. This guarantee requires that purchaser provide MEC with the original proposal from a medical equipment provider.
What are MEC's current payment terms?
We extend credit to qualified customers. Customers can qualify for Net 30 day terms by requesting that a credit application be faxed to them. Typically, credit is approved within 2 business days but can be rushed if necessary. Acceptable payment methods include check, wire transfer, cash, C.O.D., credit card and PO with approved credit application.
What is your Return Policy?
Prior authorization must be obtained from MEC for the return of any product, which authorization MEC may withhold at its discretion. If a return is authorized, transportation charges must be prepaid by purchaser. Items returned for credit are subject to a charge of 25% or more to cover inspection, reconditioning, restocking, and repackaging. Returned goods must be received undamaged. Risk of loss with respect to returned goods shall remain with Purchaser until receipt by MEC.
How does MEC handle terminations or quantity changes on orders?
In the event Purchaser desires to terminate any part or all of its purchase order, reduce the quantity of the Products ordered, or reschedule the delivery, fair compensation shall be made to MEC which shall take into account, among other things, expenses incurred and commitments already made by MEC, reasonable costs and expenses incurred by MEC in making settlement hereunder, and the increased costs incurred by MEC by reason of a revision in the delivery schedule.

What is MEC's credit card policy?
AVS “Address Verification Service” electronically matches your credit card number to the billing address & zip code on file with your credit card company. If your order's shipping address & zip code does not match the address on file with your credit card company, your order will not be processed.
